How It Works...

DELIVERY

DELIVERY ORDERS:

 

Please select your preferred delivery/pick up day when checking out.

 

PICK UP ORDERS:

We can have your order ready for you to collect any day between Tuesday and Friday. Please allow us 24 hours to prepare your order from the time your order is placed. Please email us with your preferred day for collection. Collection can be made between 1pm - 5pm on your chosen day. An alternate time can be made at our discretion.

  • We ask that you leave out a container of your own for us to transfer your veggies into, this way we can be as environmentally friendly as possible!

COLLECTION

We are more than happy to have your order ready for you to collect any day throughout the week, please email us and let us know at least 24hrs beforehand. 

Collection can be made from 6 Farmar Street, Blenheim. Orders for collection will be available between 1pm - 5pm. 

ORDERING

  • Spudz n Greens veggie orders are open for Blenheim region addresses only

  • Orders must be placed before 9:00pm the day before your intended delivery/pick up day. Any orders placed after 9:00pm with the intent on being delivered the next day will be pushed into the next available day for delivery. 

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF BLENHEIM

If you wish to place an order outside of Marlborough, please email us with your desired order so we can provide you with an estimate on the cost of shipping. 

The cost of shipping is calculated through NZ Post for overnight shipping. If you require signature upon delivery, or rural delivery, please let us know in your email. See estimate shipping costs here 

In your email, please include; name, address, email address, contact number, and desired order.

We will email you back with a shipping estimate and overall total. Once you have confirmed this, we will create your order and an invoice will be sent to your email. This is payable through the link on the invoice using either Visa or Debit, or Online Banking.

PAYMENT

  • Payment for your order can be made using all major credit and debit cards, and there is also a bank transfer option for payment.

STOCK & SUPPLY

  • While we work very hard to fulfil every order exactly as shown on the site, the nature of fresh foods means that sometimes we are unable to supply some produce due to our crops and the amount available - we reserve the right to substitute products for a similar alternative of the same value, if necessary.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

  • If your suburbs delivery day falls on a public holiday, we will deliver your veggies on the next available day.
    For example, if Friday is a public holiday, and this is your suburbs delivery day, we will deliver your order on Saturday.

LIABILITY

  • Spudz n Greens does not take responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses, when incorrect delivery information is provided upon ordering. 

  • If you have entered your delivery address incorrectly, please email us as soon as possible to render your delivery address.
